Being a CAST User means becoming a member of the CAST User Community. Every year, CAST users from various international airports, airlines and consulting companies come together to network with other experts, share experiences, talk about projects, gain insights into the latest developments and discuss CAST’s vision for the future.

The CAST community can look forward to interesting new CAST features, case studies, and ideas how to improve your work. Next to the presentations by ARC we want to give you the opportunity to promote your projects and present how you use CAST. We encourage you to contribute to the conference agenda and welcome presentation proposals.

CAST User Conference 2023 | Warsaw
Thanks to the CAST user community for a great user conference in Warsaw, Poland!
It was really great to hear about projects and success stories ranging from terminal planning and capacity assessments to airfield optimization studies presented by airports, planners, and consultants from all over the world. Also, impressive to see the latest implementations of Real-Time Passenger Flow Prediction powered by CAST Express.
Special thanks to all presenters and the CPK team for hosting the event and organizing a very interesting airport tour.
CAST User Conference 2022 | Berlin
CAST users from all over the world met at Berlin Airport for this year’s CAST User Conference 2022.
Airports, planners, and consultants presented and discussed a wide range of CAST use cases, best practices, and shared their experience in using the different CAST applications. The presented scope of projects ranged from terminal capacity assessments and airfield optimization studies to real-time passenger flow prediction to optimize daily operations.
As every year the CAST Team shared insights into the latest developments and demonstrated several new features and enhancements for all CAST modules, including the new CAST Airspace extension.
Thanks for all the great presentations and inspiring personal discussions. Special thanks also to the team from Berlin Airport for hosting the event and organizing an impressive airport tour. Two really amazing days!
Our first virtual CAST User Conference 2021
We are very happy that this year’s CAST User Conference was such a great success!
- More than 150 attendees form all over the world
- numerous interesting presentations from airports, consultants and ARC
- Great feedback for the speakers and the CAST team
Even the virtual coffee breakout sessions worked very well and we are glad that they were used for detailed discussion and networking.
This success and positive feedback are a motivation for us and we are already looking forward to the CAST User Conference 2022.
